A Sacred Feminine Journey Part 4.2

The final instalment … written about a week after my return to Singapore … I wasn’t sure where I was going to spend the last few days of the trip but I was feeling the need for some integration/alone time. A nice spa perhaps ? J But the Universe had other plans … and one morning in Avignon I woke up with the word “Lourdes” in my head. I had no idea how far away it was (that geography thing again J) but it turned out it was do-able and I was quite excited at the idea. It kind of made sense to be ending the Sacred Feminine journey at the place where an apparition of the Divine Feminine had appeared … and pointed the way to a mystical water source with healing powers (water being a conduit of feminine energy). And so I planned my “pilgrimage” by train across […]

How perfect to be ending the journey in beautiful Lourdes (source of the miraculous healing waters). I took the photo above today (22nd August 2015). The grotto where the apparition of Mother Mary appeared is just below the church .. as is the source of the spring with the healing energies. I couldn’t believe it when I saw the picture and the beautiful magenta arc that begins right where the spring is located. Hope you enjoy the beautiful energy being beamed your way and please read the next post for more about how I ended up in Lourdes (and what I did there). With much love, Julie Ann

The next part of what has turned out to be a Sacred Feminine journey took us right into the heart of the Mary Magdalene legacy in the South of France. We began with the Basilica in Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume (see photo) which is dedicated to Mary Magdalene, and houses a crypt which is said to contain her bones. The energy in the Basilica called us so strongly that we had two long visits there (and yes I do believe it is her). Quite synchronistically on our second visit we got to witness a wedding in the church, which made the visit feel really special. The music was so beautiful … Beethoven’s Song of Joy echoing through the Basilica. How Perfect !! Mary was said to have died in a cave or “grotto” in the region. Some legends/channels say she lived there. Others say she used it as her sacred space or even […]

See earlier blog post for Part 1 J The day following 8/8/8 we visited Montsegur (see photo) where the last stand of the Cathars took place. The Cathars were followers of the “true teachings” of Jeshua and Mary Magdalene and those at Montsegur were burned on a pyre as “heretics” (but not before, as legend has it, some scaled the cliffs … how on earth they did it defies belief … to escape with a special treasure … the holy grail perhaps ?). One story says they took with them a book containing the gospel of Jeshua himself and finally hid it at Montserrat Monastery, high in the hills near Barcelona. My son and I visited this incredible monastery a few days ago … Montserrat is also famous for sightings of Mother Mary (we visited the cave where she has allegedly appeared). A very special place with amazing energy … […]

The Sacred Feminine Journey Part 1

As many of you know I recently went on a trip following the Divine Feminine trail in Sacred France. I wrote about the trip on facebook and have decided to save the information here in blog form for anyone who is interested. There are several posts following this one which was written on August 14th 2015 … enjoy the journey … This trip started out as a holiday as I’ll explain below. Sacred journeys often start out this way for me … I will be heading somewhere, and then the trip takes on a “life of its own”. Anyway … this trip was planned long ago when I decided to meet my son in Barcelona as part his gap “year” travels. The second part of my trip was to be spent with good friends in Italy while my son travels on to London. A couple of months ago an incredibly […]
